This classic Heckel bassoon bocal was made in Germany. It appears to be between 10 and 20 years old.
It’s in good condition with average signs of use. It had a bend at the apex of the bocal which has been repaired. You can see the current condition in the photos. The cork is good. It’s marked “N” which means it is made of softer German silver which enhances a warm tone, needs little care, and remains quite shiny.
