Description
This gorgeous bass dulcian was made by Guntram Wolf of Kronach, Germany. It is pitched at A=440. It’s a custom-made faithful homage to the period dulcians of Lintz.
This is a one-owner instrument made in 2009. It has been used only once in a performance with the Harvard-Radcliffe Collegium Musicum. It’s been kept in excellent condition throughout its life.
Brian Charles has cleaned, oiled, adjusted, and play-tested this instrument here in our shop. It’s ready to play in every way.
The special tiger-striped mountain maple wood body is in near-mint condition with very limited signs of use.
The brass 2-key system is in excellent condition and has just been cleaned and oiled.
The original brass M10 Wolf bocal is in excellent condition.
The original Wolf gig bag with shoulder strap is in excellent condition. This instrument comes with 3 handmade reeds and a reed case.
