Description
This pro short bore model 201 was made in 1985. It’s in excellent condition with not many playing hours on it.
Brian Charles has cleaned, oiled, adjusted, and play-tested this bassoon in our shop, ensuring it’s ready for performance. It will be fully play-tested, and adjusted again just before it goes out on trial to you. This instrument is a perfect upgrade for someone entering college or upgrading from an intermediate instrument.
Condition:
Body: The red maple wood body with mahogany finish is in excellent condition with no boot rot, and no tone hole issues.
Keywork: The German system silver plated keywork system is in clean, oiled, and fully adjusted condition. There are a few new pads, while the others are in excellent condition.
