Temporary Pause on Instrument Trials and Sales
November 2025 – Mid-January 2026
We are temporarily unable to send instruments for trial or purchase while we move our entire shop from New Hampshire to Kingston, New York, just north of New York City. We apologize for the delay in service during this transition.
If you’d like to be notified when trials and sales resume, please email us with your name, contact information, and the instrument you’re interested in. We’ll reach out as soon as we’re ready to resume shipments. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this exciting move.
This German model Gordet is an upper intermediate level oboe, made in 1991. The German model has more substantial silver plating, and a richer and darker tone than the other Gordet models. This is the model preferred by many players.
Brian Charles has cleaned, oiled, adjusted, and play-tested this oboe in our shop, ensuring it’s ready for performance. It will be fully play-tested, and adjusted again just before it goes out on trial to you.
