Pre-owned instruments purchased from us include a three-month limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

During this period, if the instrument develops a mechanical issue related to normal playing or adjustment, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to determine the best solution, which may include adjustment, repair, or other appropriate service.

This warranty is intended to cover issues related to the instrument’s mechanical function under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or environmental conditions such as extreme temperature or humidity changes.
