Fox Products stands behind every instrument they make. Every new Fox bassoon and Renard bassoon includes a One-Year Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Coverage: The Fox bassoon warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase on all new Fox and Renard instruments.
Service: During the first year, your instrument may be returned to Fox Products for factory service, including cleaning, oiling, and regulation to help keep the instrument performing properly.
Costs: Customers remain responsible for shipping charges and any replacement parts required during the one-year service process.
Exclusions: Damage resulting from abuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or alterations is not covered.
