We really like this easily adjustable, very portable stand for bassoon from K&M. Their products are well thought out and well made.
This stand has adjustable, felt-covered support arms and a compact, two-piece folding design. It breaks down to make travelling easier, but does not sacrifice balance or protection for your instrument.
We often see these in pit orchestras, and they can do double or triple duty, as this stand can also be used as a bass clarinet, or Eb alto clarinet stand. Only one instrument at a time though.
Weighs 4.6 pounds, size when folded 6.89″ x 5.315″ x 25.394″. The unfolded height goes from 27.5″ to 47.25″.
