How To Order:
Our Website Online: Go to www.charlesmusic.com and choose the products you require. Go to the page called “my cart” and fill out the information requested – then click submit.
By Phone: Call us during business hours Monday – Thursday, 10am to 2pm EST, or leave a message. We’re happy to help you place your order by phone but email is more efficient and sometimes a lot easier and less costly.
By Email: We love emails but please do not send credit or debit card numbers via email.
Additional information:
Orders paid by international credit card require some extra processing. We’re happy to help with that. Shipping estimates do not include processing time. Orders paid by foreign-billed credit cards must ship to a person or business whose name, address, and phone number are verifiable (via directory assistance or other third-party resource). If we are shipping to a mail service/forwarding location the cardholder must personally be registered or be an authorized user on an account with the service provider. When estimating shipping times please bear in mind that international orders will almost always be subject to additional processing time.
