If something isn’t working as expected, or does not meet your needs, contact us at (603) 356-9890 or service@charlesmusic.com and let us know. We care. You are welcome to return items within 30 days for replacement, repair, or refund of the purchase price. See below for full details.

How to proceed if you need to return something:

All returned items other than reeds must be like-new and in the original packaging, complete with all original accessories and manuals. To protect products in shipping, please use the original box and the manufacturer’s packaging.

Take it to your local post office, or any official UPS drop-off site. For the location nearest you, call  (800) 742-5877 or visit www.ups.com.

  • Refund options: You may choose an exchange, repair, or a refund for the full amount of the items you purchased.
  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.
  • Non-refundable: The money-back guarantee does not apply to special order items, 10-day trial instruments, recorded media, and eBay winnings.
  • Reeds can be returned: Many times, we can resolve quirky reed problems with an email or a call (603) 356-9890. Try that first. However, there are times when reeds are just too different from your expectations, or were damaged in shipping. We will replace reeds, even if you’ve adjusted and scraped them. Send them back with a written explanation so we know what did not work for you.
  • How long does it take you to process my return? After we receive your package, we normally process your exchange or refund within two business days.
