Chauvet “French model” #AC648 Oboe

This fine French made oboe was produced in the early 1990’s. It plays evenly throughout the octaves with an especially rich and resonant middle register.

Brian Charles cleaned, oiled, adjusted, and play-tested this oboe here in our shop and it’s ready to play. This is a good choice for an advancing student or adult enthusiast player.

Condition

The grenadilla wood body is in very good condition
There is a repaired top joint crack which is hard to find and well repaired
The full conservatory, full plateau silver plated keywork system is in clean, shiny, excellent condition
The pads are either new or in excellent condition
