If a reed you receive from us is not working as expected, or does not meet your needs, let us know. We care.
Many times, we can resolve quirky reed problems right away. Email us or call us at (603) 356-9890 and let us know what’s going on. Please be as descriptive as possible.
If we can’t resolve the problem over the phone or by email we will replace, adjust, or refund reeds within 30 days of your receiving them.
If you need to return reeds, please package them securely (don’t mail reeds in an envelope). Ship to us via regular mail, FedEx, or UPS.
- Refund options: You may choose an exchange, adjustment, or a refund for the cost of the reed.
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.
- Non-refundable: Reeds that were received by you more than 30 days ago.
- How long does it take you to process my return? After we receive your package, we normally process your exchange or refund within two business days.
