Temporary Pause on Instrument Trials and Sales
November 2025 – Mid-January 2026
We are temporarily unable to send instruments for trial or purchase while we move our entire shop from New Hampshire to Kingston, New York, just north of New York City. We apologize for the delay in service during this transition.

This advanced intermediate Buffet 4052 was made in 2005 and kept in excellent condition throughout its very gentle life.
Brian Charles has cleaned, oiled, adjusted, and play-tested this oboe in our shop, ensuring it’s ready for performance. It will be fully play-tested, and adjusted again just before it goes out on trial to you.
Condition:
Body: The grenadilla wood body with resin lined bore is in excellent condition. There was a small crack at the top of the bell which is professionally repaired as shown in the photos.
Keywork: The modified conservatory, full plateau silver-plated keywork system is in clean, oiled, and fully adjusted condition. It has the upgraded third octave key.
