The Fox model XP English horn bocal is designed to be open sounding and free blowing. Choose this bocal for the brilliant tone quality and great intonation. It also helps to eliminate “sagging” on middle B, C, C# and high G.
The Fox XP provides a free upper register without going flat or sacrificing volume. This bocal is made of silver plated nickel silver. Lengths start at 1 (the shortest) and go up to 3 (the longest). Longer bocals are lower in pitch.
