Description
This near mint condition 240 was made in 2015 and played very sparingly. The “short bore” design is known for being flexible and free blowing. This instrument has a strong singing quality with a bold tone and soloistic qualities.
Brian Charles has cleaned, oiled, adjusted, and play-tested this bassoon in our shop, ensuring it’s ready for performance. It needed almost nothing. It will be fully play-tested, and adjusted again just before it goes out on trial to you. This instrument is a rare find and a great choice for advanced students in high school through college, serious amateurs, and advanced school programs.
