This Glotin Type Two oboe cane is gouged thinner at .56/.42 for enhanced response and great tonal clarity.
The original tube cane diameter is 10.50 to 11.00 mm for a medium to medium small tip opening. This fine cane is lighter in density than their other types which helps provide a richer, cultured tone.
