This polished grenadilla wood cutting block has a gently convex top, which allows for efficient and accurate tip cutting. The inset, rubberized, non-slip base keeps it in one place while you work.
This block is made of strong, cut resistant grenadilla wood, the same wood used on 99% of all wood oboes. As strong as it is, it is also gentle on your knife when clipping the tip.
Make a clean, straight cut across the tip of your reed using this high quality block, specifically made for reed finishing.
This is a natural wood product. Wood color and grain will vary. Top diameter is 1 1/4″.
