It was very nice talking to you today and getting a few of my zillions of cane questions answered. I have tried talking to people in other shops who were annoyed by my questions, perhaps unsure of the answers and did not want to appear ignorant, or just too busy to answer the telephone.
It was refreshing to speak to someone who has the knowledge and is also willing to spend some time with the customer!
