This brand new 2024 Eichentopf model baroque oboe is pitched at A=440 for modern players. Handmade in Georgia, US by Mr. Harry Vas Dias.
The beautiful boxwood body is hand-turned and hand-oiled. The Eichentopf 2 key system is handmade of brass.
The instrument is resonant, in tune, and plays easily.
Mr. Vas Dias handmade a reed for this instrument which is included. A fingering chart, information/care page and handmade, plush drawstring bag are included.
