Description
This Fox Model II was made in 1989. It has very good intonation, a beautiful, even tone throughout, and a soaring upper register.
Brian Charles has cleaned, oiled, adjusted, and play-tested this bassoon in our shop, ensuring it’s ready for performance. It will be fully play-tested, and adjusted again just before it goes out on trial to you. This instrument is a perfect upgrade for someone entering college or joining a community orchestra.
Condition:
Body: The maple wood body is in good condition. It shows numerous signs of use such as dents and scrapes.
Keywork: The German system silver plated keywork system is in good condition. Clean, oiled, and fully adjusted.

Bocals:
The Fox *CTC* #1 bocal is in very good condition. The Heckel CC2 is in very good condition.
