This 1996 Loree with AK bore plus third octave key pro oboe has a complex, dark tone with excellent intonation.
Brian Charles has cleaned, oiled, adjusted, and play-tested this oboe in our shop, ensuring it’s ready for performance. It will be fully play-tested, and adjusted again just before it goes out on trial to you. This instrument is a perfect upgrade for someone entering college, playing in a regional or higher orchestra or just looking to enjoy a high quality instrument.
Condition:
Body: The grenadilla wood body is in excellent condition with no cracks.
Keywork: The full conservatory, full plateau silver-plated keywork system is in clean, oiled, and fully adjusted condition. The silverwork and pads are in excellent condition.

Case:
The original Loree hard shell case is in excellent condition with expected wear. The plastic case cover is in good condition, with noticeable wear and separation on one side of one of the soft handles.
