Description
A very high quality intermediate level oboe in excellent condition. It’s been described as “the Rolls-Royce” of intermediate oboes. The tone is colorful, the intonation is excellent, and it has great projection.
Brian Charles has cleaned, oiled, adjusted, and play-tested this oboe in our shop, ensuring it’s ready for performance. It will be fully play-tested, and adjusted again just before it goes out on trial to you. This is an excellent upgrade for the advancing oboist.
Condition:
Body: The grenadilla wood body is in excellent condition. There are no cracks.
Keywork: The full conservatory, full plateau silver-plated keywork system is in clean, oiled, and fully adjusted condition. Some pads are new, while the others are in excellent condition.
