Description
This top-level pro oboe from Italian maker Bulgheroni was made in 2012 and has been a one-owner oboe since new. It’s a powerhouse of an oboe with a warm, lyrical tone, and unmatched projection.
Brian Charles cleaned, oiled, adjusted, and play-tested this oboe here in our shop and it’s ready to play. Are you a dedicated performer looking for a lifetime oboe? An advanced or advancing player? This oboe has the character and quality to create great performances.
The grenadilla wood body is in excellent condition. There was a small, pro-repaired crack on the top exterior of the upper joint.
The full conservatory, full plateau silver plated keywork system is in clean, shiny, excellent condition. It has some new pads and excellent condition pads throughout.
This oboe features 3rd-octave key, left-hand F, F resonance key, low Bb, Bb resonance key, banana key, and both trill keys. It has an adjustable thumbrest.
The original Bulgheroni hard shell case and quilted fitted cover are in excellent condition.
