Description
This rich sounding Loree is a single owner instrument made in 1974. The complex, dark tone and excellent intonation are part of the heritage of these D series instruments.
Brian Charles has cleaned, oiled, adjusted, and play-tested this oboe in our shop, ensuring it’s ready for performance. It will be fully play-tested, and adjusted again just before it goes out on trial to you.
Condition:
Body: The grenadilla wood body is in excellent condition. A small repaired crack in the top joint was professionally repaired with a pin. One trill tone hole was replaced.
Keywork: The full conservatory, full plateau silver-plated keywork system is in clean, oiled, and fully adjusted condition. It has many new pads and bumpers and has just bore oiled, key oiled, and play tested.

The original Loree hard shell case is in excellent condition with less than expected wear.
