Description
A classic “D series” Loree with beautiful tone, and excellent intonation. This oboe was made in 1976. It has an especially rich and resonant lower register.
Brian Charles cleaned, oiled, adjusted, and play-tested this oboe here in our shop and it’s ready to play. This is a perfect upgrade to take someone into college or community orchestra.
The grenadilla wood body is in excellent condition with no cracks.
The full conservatory, full plateau silver plated keywork system is in clean, shiny, excellent condition. It has some new pads and excellent condition pads throughout.
This oboe features left-hand F, F resonance key, low Bb, Bb resonance key, banana key, and both trill keys.
The original Loree hard shell case is in excellent condition with some wear in the interior. The plastic case cover is in good condition. It comes with the original end caps, screwdriver, reed case, and grease cup.
