This oboe by Yamaha was made in the year 2000 and has what is needed to get started playing the oboe. It’s easy to play and has a good balanced tone.
Brian Charles cleaned, oiled, adjusted, and play-tested this oboe here in our shop and it’s ready to play in every way.
The plastic body has the usual nicks and scrapes and shows some normal wear.
The basic plateau keywork system is in good condition. There is some wear at the touchpoints. It has good-condition pads throughout.
This oboe is a basic beginner’s model and does not have side F or low Bb.
The ProTec integral case with shoulder strap is in very good condition, missing one of the feet on the bottom.
