Description
This grenadilla Laubin oboe was made in 1987. It is a bit of a rare find. It has that dark, warm, centered tone we have all come to expect and enjoy. It has excellent intonation, playing evenly across all octaves. It’s been played professionally, and professionally maintained for years.
Brian Charles has cleaned, oiled, adjusted, and play-tested this oboe in our shop, ensuring it’s ready for performance. It will be fully play-tested, and adjusted again just before it goes out on trial to you. A great instrument for a professional or advanced enthusiast.
