A classic Schreiber made in 1974 with that broad, intense sound they are known for. It has good intonation and a beautiful upper register.

The maple wood body is in very good condition with no boot rot, and no tone hole issues. The original finish is in better than average condition with wear limited to the usual spots.
The German system silver plated keywork system has some new pads and very good condition pads throughout. It has plating wear on the usual touch points.
This bassoon features plastic tone hole inserts, a lined wing joint, lined small bore on the boot, a body lock, a crutch bracket, and 4 rollers. It does not have a high D key.
The Schreiber KE #1 bocal is in good condition. The original hard shell case is in very good condition.
